Exchange & Return Policy – Shri Ji Collection
At Shri Ji Collection, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to deliver products that meet our quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our fair and simple exchange/return process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The product is not damaged or altered in any way after delivery.
Certain items like customized, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., pillow covers, personal organizers) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in damaged condition.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package and product from the moment of opening.
Without proper video proof, we may not be able to process the claim.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit.
3. Process for Returns / Exchanges

4. Shipping & Pickup
For approved returns, you may be required to self-ship the item securely to our address:
Shree Ji Collection, near Pistol Bidi, Nai Sadak, Guna, MP – 473001.Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, except in cases of wrong or damaged product received.
5. Refunds / Store Credits
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed as store credit or refund to original payment method (if applicable) within 7–10 business days.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for size or design variations, and are subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
